This doctor was not helpful with any questions and was short and rude when answering. I do not recommend seeing this physician.

Reading this comments I see Dr. Roberts has not changed. I saw her in 2000 and she did not come close to me to exam me or anything like that, she kind of listen to what I told her and then said just continue to take pain/ fever reliever. I changed immediately to another doctor who saved my life! I nearly died because of her not carrying misdiagnoses - I had cancer and internal bleeding and just barely made it. I wrote a complaint letter to the board - not sure whatever happened as I had to much to do surviving. Sad that given this comments she is still around and not a good doctor! Don't see her - run!

The staff is highly underqualified. Never met such unprofessional people at a doctor's office. Rude, impersonal, snippy, and entitled. I would NEVER go here. You couldn't pay me. Dr. Roberts needs to think about the quality of office help she gets, because her current employees need a class in social skills and amicable etiquette.

Dr. Roberts has made me cry, both during and after my visits. As a young college student I visited her a few times for various reasons and she always made me feel like a hypochondriac when I had real issues. I insisted I wanted to see a gynecologist (since I had never seen one before) and she told me I didn't need to- that she could just give me a Pap smear and send me on my way. As an 18 year old, I did not feel comfortable discussing very delicate and private details about my body with her! I still have never seem a gynecologist and I'm 23. Reading her reviews on all o these websites makes me realize that her lack of compassion and desire to fully treat patients is not rare. I need a new doctor.

very rushed and rude, came in the room one time and said "what are you feeling?" I replied with " I think I have strep throat" she then replied " I asked what you were feeling not what you think you have" woah! Then another time I was experiencing pretty bad back pain, she gave me a referral and I asked for a note for work when at the time I was working at a grocery store and I felt as if I couldn't handle my duties with the pain I was in. She then told me "you can't ask for a note for a few days off, I'll tell you if you need one" I had no reply for that one and when on my way. I had to call out of work the next day and take the consequence of a write up.

I don't know much about Dr. Roberts because I literally didn't make it through the door. But if one may judge a person by the company she keeps (aka the staff she employs) then I do not have a good opinion of the woman. My first appt was scheduled for 1:30pm. I was not only punctual, I was 15 min. early. The door was locked and a sign read "At lunch 1200pm to 200pm." I called the office and left a frustrated message. Then I knocked on the glass door. A woman behind the counter opened the sliding window and shook her finger at me, telling me to stop it, then she closed the window in my face. When the clock struck 1:30pm I left, having still not been helped and left to stand outside like a dog with no explanation. After 2pm my call was returned. I explained the situation to the woman on the other line; told her I was appalled and it was unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever received and I won't be back. She said "Okay," and never apologized.

Dr. Roberts is bright and personable. She is very present- listens well, thinks outside of the box and yet humble and honest. I appreciate her.

I am not exactly sure why Dr. Roberts became a Doctor, It certainly wasn't to help people. I am a young woman who is active and in shape and I have been in severe pain for over a year now. Dr. Roberts has been unresponsive to my needs and very uncompassionate. Dr. Roberts is unwilling to proactively help her patients and take their needs seriously. I finally drew the line when Doctor Roberts laughed at me and my situation - literally. It is difficult to imagine a professional health care provider like Dr. Roberts treating people this way. I would not recommend EVER visiting Dr. Alecsandra Roberts.

I chose Dr. Roberts because I prefer female doctors, her office is close to my house, and she's one of the few doctors in my HMO network. Dr. Roberts usually walks into the room looking at the chart and the first thing she says is "So what's wrong with you today?"...not "Hi there" or "hello" or "how have you been". She doesn't have the bed side manner that I'd like to find in a doctor. It also seems like she rushes you in and out and doesn't spend a lot of time asking questions about the situation. Just writes a prescription and goes about her day. I'm currently looking for a new doctor.
