Worst bedside manner of any doctor I’ve seen! Rushed through my appointment. Didn’t listen to any of my concerns. Didn’t wear gloves or mask during the procedure. Threw the used syringes in the sink instead of properly disposing of them. What kind of disgusting practice is this and how does he still have his license?

Please consider another doctor.

I can’t say enough about Dr Barry Cohen!! I’ve been to a couple surgeons now and I’ve never met a doctor who truly is there for you to meet all your expectations. He is 100 percent had your back and wants nothing more than to please you in all areas of concerns. I’ve seen him numerous times because I tend to be picky at times knowing exactly what I want and he gracefully welcomed me each time and answered all my questions. He is by far the most caring doctor I have been so fortunate to finally meet. Thank you Dr. Cohen for making me feel and look so young again!!!!

Dr. Cohen did not do a good job with my procedure. I would not recommend him.

I went for Botox and this doctor was rude and did not do a good job. I have been getting Botox for a decade and have never experienced pain like this. He is one of the most off putting doctors I have ever come in contact with.

Run don't walk from this doctor. I have never written a negative review of a doctor before. I am a nurse & understand the workings of medical care. I have never in my 63 years been treated so poorly. It has been 2 months since I had the procedures. I previously had fillers & botox at another dr. office, so am familiar with it. Previously I had spoken with a different doctor about tear trough filler but was told it could be tricky. So I wanted to discuss the procedure. I also wanted botox in forehead & filler in marionette lines.
Dr. Cohen came in the room, looked at my chart & said "oh u want botox". I explained the other concerns I had. He spoke rudely to me every time I asked a question. He knew I was a nurse. Before I could confirm what we were going to do, he roughly slapped some numbing creme on my face & left. He came back & started injecting botox, then filler. He never looked at my face from the front, only stood on the side. Put filler in but never checked how it looked. Was very rough & told me I was "tough". He then started injecting beneath my eyes. I assumed this was the filler I talked about. He told me it was PDO threads. I did not know anything about this! I had no idea what this was! He said this is what he likes to use. It was painful. I was in shock that he was doing this.
He said the one side was bleeding & would be a shiner. Gave me some gauze & ice & left room. No discharge instructions. Came back awhile later & peaked in room from doorway. Said use some echinacea if it bruises too badly. Never checked how anything looked.
The entire procedure was so rushed & rough. Total time form the time I entered the procedure room until I was back in my car was 25 miuites including waiting at the desk to pay.
My right eye bruised very badly & was very sore. I had to research the threads for follow up instructions. It took 7 weeks for swelling & bruising to go down.The bruising was so severe that it could not be covered with heavy concealer. It has been 2 months & my right eye still has a pocket of fluid underneath. I see no results from the filler.
It was the worst experience I have had with a physician. DO NOT allow him to do this to you. There are so many better doctors.

Dr. Barry Cohen helped to save my life during the early Covid pandemic days. March 2020, my dermatologist diagnosed early-stage Melanoma cancer on my right shin; 3 attempts to get it all not successful & a skin graft necessary by a reconstructive surgeon. I'd had face/neck/eyelift by Dr. Cohen: 1st in 2011, 2nd time 8 years later. I was extremely happy w/ my results. You'll read the same excellent reviews for other plastic surgeons, but you won't read this: Fri.Apr 3rd, I asked Dr. C for help: I needed more skin removed+skin graft asap. At that time, plastic surgeons' offices/elective surgeries were shut down during Pandemic. Mon.Apr 6th, Dr. C opened & staffed his office for me, and performed the surgery/skin graft - FREE - 10 mins after BCBS said Dr. C was out of network and so they wouldn't pay. When you are deciding on your plastic surgeon, Dr. Cohen does excellent work, with a heart of gold. He truly cares about his patients. I believe the bad reviews below are fraudulent.

My fillers did not last and Dr. Cohen was so rushed I barely had time to ask a question. More like a factory than a doctor office. I would never go bak to him.

Dr. Cohen scarred me for life. He is not a good surgeon. I have had to have two different surgeries to fix his mistake.
