I have never experienced such utter unprofessionalism in my life. We've been seeing him for 15 years! I don't know why I ended up going back to him because he is crazy..... he walks in and tells me to turn my phone off I just thought he meant to turn the volume off well I put it on vibrate and he tells my daughter to stop messing with his television and I was like, "what?" he then stepped on her foot and he yelled at her to put her foot down then he said to turn my phone off because of insurance laws....i thought I put my phone on mute...but it was on vibrate. .. so I was doing that he was like I told you to turn your phone off and I was like excuse me I'm not turning my phone off but I will mute it..He then tells me he's not going to see her after we had been there for an hour and walked out the room. I told him that I didn't appreciate how he spoke to me in front of my daughter, and if he truly needed me to turn off my phone there was a more appropriate way of doing so. There's signs posted about insurance requirements and none of them say anything about phones.

Staff was great but Dr Billings is the most arrogant condescending jerk I've ever met!

I took my daughter to dr billings and he didn't even examine her eyes, he just measured them and said with new technology he tell if her eyes were bad just by the measurements. 2 months later I get a note from the school nurse saying she needs glasses. So I called and explained the situation. And they scheduled an other appointment. The day before the appt I get a call reminding me of the appt, but not barely 20 mins late I get another call saying they canceled the appt because my daughter isn't due for another appt. this place is very unprofessional and the staff including the dr is rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Dr. Billings office. He was extremely rude as well as his assistant. I walked out of his office without having my sons eyes examined because the doctor was such a jerk. I would rather take my services else where than to be belittle and feel unwanted. Besides the rude doctor and his assistant, the front office staff was really nice.

DR. Billings was very rude, made me feel like a worthless mother becase my kid's glasses broke will not be going back to this doctor!
