Disorganized circus. Had to wait 3 months for the appointment, and when I arrive for the appointment I find out they cancelled it as they claimed to not receive my records which were faxed nearly 3 months ago from my primary doctor. I drove 40 miles after a snowstorm to make it to this appointment, and they were the most unhelpful/unmotivated staff to help resolve this dilemma. Essentially, their attitude felt like "gee, too bad you took the day off of work, drove 1.5 hrs, and have been waiting 3 months for the appointment, you need to reschedule." Will never try this office again. I have heard good things about the doctor, but unfortunately I am not able to see her. Maybe her Brunswick office staff are better....
