Great office! Very patient staff! The staff always calls and confirms your coverages prior to your visit so they know exactly what your plan does/doesn't cover. The front staff always shows you different options within your price range. Dr. Doolen is very kind and patient. Would definitely recommend this office!!!!!

Terrible experience. Used to go to this doctor years ago, went back to him to be extremely disappointed not only by his own behavior but his staff as well. They pressure you into buying glasses and contacts from them. The sales lady gives you an attitude the second you tell her you only need the prescription. She tells you they “follow the right procedures”. If you plan to go to this doctor be sure to contact your insurance first so they can inform you what the “right procedures” are. Lucky I’ve been using glasses/contacts for about 15y so I know what I can or cant do. I don’t recommend this doctor. There are plenty in the area that I’m sure are professional and follow ethical behavior.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Great prices, outrageous frames. Friendly staff who is so down to earth and sweet. BEST DOCTOR, BEST OPTICIANS, BEST FRONT DESK STAFF. It's impossible to not be happy with your glasses because you have 30 days from the pick up date to have them remade at no charge. They are so confident in this office and want to make everyone happy !!! After picking up my glasses and seeing they are perfect, I am thrilled. But it was nice to know that the policies implemented are in the best interest of the patient. Very caring office.
