Had an appt. for today and was met with the "office is closed" sign. Does anyone know what's up?

Dr Rocke has been my family's optometrist for many years. He's always been helpful and knowledgeable. He's very friendly and takes the time needed with you, regardless of his busy schedule.

Dr. Rocke and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you treat the staff with respect they return it.

The other comments are right. I had gone to Dr Rocke since I was a child and stopped going due to the staff. The ladies at the reception are RUDE and VERY UNKIND! I would go back to him in a heartbeat if he changed his staff.

Dr is fantastic, Staff needs a lot of lessons on how to interact with people.

The office staff is as rude as they could possibly be. They also pressure you to buy glasses there and are very unpleasant when you don't.
