Saw Dr Ollari briefly for a possible miscarriage. Never sat just stood in the room with his back to me and my husband and was visibly annoyed when my husband asked any questions. The nurses seem nice. The front desk helps seems to struggle with the process of booking appointments.

If a friend was asking for a referral, I would advise her against consulting with Dr. Ollari. He seemed impatient as I asked for more details about his understanding of my irregular menstrual cycle. Instead of presenting his findings in a straightforward way, I had to repeatedly ask for more information. He has poor bedside manner (I had to ask him to elaborate, he did not follow-up, he gave me brochures instead of providing insights in person) and is brusque in his assessment. Even with a nurse present in the room during the examination, I felt uncomfortable and saw him roll his eyes to the nurse during a follow-up question I asked. I was surprised with his lack of professionalism, as I have been a patient with the Baystate Ob-Gyn Group for over several years and have always had positive experiences with other practitioners and saw Dr. Ollari because my primary Ob-Gyn was away. The staff in the office are great, but Dr. Ollari does not reflect the caliber of service one expects.

He completely ignored some symptoms that I reported to him and assured me I was fine when I visited him. I had to go to ER the next day which turned out my symptoms were life threatening.
