Dr. Yudell is the most amazing psychiatrist I've ever had, and I've had at least 15 in my life. He spent two hours just talking to me and really trying to get what my problems were and what was going on with me. He really seemed to get me after the first visit. Recently, he went to bat for me and gave my insurance company a talking-to when they denied the medication he'd prescribed. He got that reversed within a day of my phoning to ask him if he could help. I was really surprised because I thought he'd just say there was nothing he could do, he'd already submitted the prior authorization form. I don't know what he said, but the medication was approved immediately. This man genuinely cares about his patients and has no qualms about taking all the time he feels necessary to really get inside their heads. He is seriously committed to helping people and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I am eternally grateful for having him in my life.
