Thought he was good at first, but then learned he is just major ego problem. Wanted confidentiality and he got ego-bruised over this and cut off treatment without a care. Terrible way to treat a patient.

Although he seems quite smart, it doesn't translate well to treatment. He tried to treat my condition despite having no experience with it. He told me to stop taking a drug he had not prescribed but didn't tell me how to stop taking it. He prescribed a new drug that had a major side effect of diarrhea after knowing that is already a major issue of mine. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Asta is now at Bergen Medical Group. I am an RN and work with world-renowned surgeons. I can tell you with complete confidence that Dr. Asta is my favorite doctor. He is so compassionate and takes as much time as necessary to speak with you. You are never rushed, and yet you never have to wait for your appointment. He goes above and beyond what 99.9% of doctors do for his patients. He's priceless to me.
