Had to explain what "bi-polar" meant. She made appointment, then blew me off. Decided to go do something else instead of take the appointment. Rescheduled, she gives me double the price she quoted over the phone. When asked about the difference, she says "I'm a VERY good doctor and I'm worth it." Tells me that I'm not a good fit for her practice since I don't have health insurance. Tells me she'll be more than happy to take my money for the visit, but tells me she will not be prescribing medication to me even if she determines I need it. Reported her to the state medical board. I don't know how this woman still has a license to practice.
