I can not begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. McRae is. He performed my thyroidectomy, and I encountered some major complications a few days later and had to be admitted to the hospital. He visited me every day, even though I was not technically his patient at that point. He consulted with the hospitalist in charge of my care and made sure the nurses were attending to my specific needs. Both before the surgery and after, he took lots of time to explain everything that was going on and to make sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend him to anyone.
