My experience with Dr. Carlson over several years has been excellent. She is tireless in finding ways to address any problem you may present to her - even if it means hours of research on her part. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk with - and a bull dog when it comes to helping you and your health.

While it is true Dr. Carlson is very kind, I have been very lately. I had a boil that got infected so badly I had to go to a hospital where I was out of town. They gave me an antibiotic and told me to have my doctor call the following Monday for results. I called Dr. Carlson's office and they retrieved the results. However, "IF" I wanted to know the results, I HAD to make an appointment. Since Dr. Carlson is only open in the morning Mon-Thurs, appoitments are difficult to get, but more importantly, I would have had to of taken a half a day off, drive 40 miles, and pay a co-payment just to hear what kind of infection I had. A different incident, after going to two different doctors that Dr. Carlson referred me to and finding that those doctors recommendations conflicted, I called Dr. Carlson's Office. I was told that she said, "It's a hard decision, that only she can make". Seriously? I wanted her professional guidance. So much for that. I changed doctors.
