Staff at Womack OBGYN is hit or miss on helpfulness and warm customer service. Dr. Allen is thorough and spends time with patients as long as they need, so if you have an afternoon appointment expect him to be running behind. He is super knowledgeable but is a straight shooter and NOT a hand holder which I enjoy, but it isn’t for everyone.
