Overpriced and terrible communication with parents and reluctance to accept responsibility for any mistakes that are/were made. My son often had broken brackets, the wrong elastics, missing elastics on bands, and best of all, a gap in his teeth when braces were removed. Might be convenient in Duxbury, but not worth the aggravation.

Best orthodontist on the South Shore by FAR! Dr. Sheehan is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Her staff is warm and welcoming. The office is adorable and so close to the school that it is crazy do go anywhere else! My oldest child had braces and the finished product is wonderful. My second child is now in braces and is coming along great! Cannot wait to see the results! I have heard others say that Dr. Sheehan is more expensive! Simply not true! There is a sibling discount! And a payment plan! I am so happy with the office that I recommend Dr. Sheehan to all my family and friends!

From the first meeting with Dr Sheehan my son and I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. I always felt welcome to sit with him at all his appointments and always knew what the procedure would entail. I feel the overall treatment plan was very thoroughly explained and I had done my research h and cost comparison was on point with other orthos. We are so happy with my son's results and recommended Dr Sheehan to all our family and friends.

Probably the most expensive Orthodontist on the South Shore and be advised that the office is open ONLY 3 days a week and closed at lunch time the 3 days they are open (9-5). They did allow a payment plan with no interest charged so that was nice. One of the technicians screwed up filing one of my daughter's front teeth too low after removal of braces. I didn't notice right away but at the next appt pointed it out and Dr. Sheehan tried to pass it of as if the tooth 'moved' or that my daughter didn't wear her retainers which she did (she was OCD about doing so, in fact). Then she said no one in the office would file except her...only they did. So, this part left me with a bad taste in what was until then, a fine experience (which you'd expect for that much money). She filed the other tooth down (other option was to cap)...but a better way to handle the matter would have been to simply apologize but I guess in this day and age where everyone is lawsuit happy, #1 rule admin no fault.
