Was very pleased with time the doctor took with my daughter. Pleasant and great bedside manner.

As a new patient I arrived early for my 6:45 appointment. I signed in and had a seat in their hot, outdated dusty waiting room as I filled out their paperwork. Two more people came in after me, signed in and had a seat. 7:20 rolled around and a person who came in after me went ahead of me. When I inquired about this, I was told I'm a new patient and my real appointmemt time is at 7:15 but that I was told 6:45 to allow time to complete paperwork. This paperwork was 3 sheets of paper that took me less than 5 minutes to fill out. The receptionist also stated that the Doctor was running late. At no time was an apology given for the extended wait and at no time was I ever told about a 30 minute paperwork window as I would've planned my work day accordingly. What a complete waste of time!

Excellent old school doctor who truly cares and takes his time with patients!!! Highly recommend!!

Walked out before seeing the Doctor. Office staff was very rude. An elderly woman walked in and was told to move her car. Once that woman walked out the staff mocked her in front of the other patients. I didn't think it was a joke to be elderly. Not sure what kid of Dr. Employs such rude people, but I will never use him again!

DR CONWAY IS A VERY KIND, COMPASSIONATTE, DR THAT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING AND TAKES A REAL INTEREST IN HIS PATIENTS. HE DID A VERY GOOD SURGERY ON MY FOOT AND TOOK ME OUT OF CHRONIC PAIN!!
