She is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and upbeat and most importantly, she listens to you.

I have seen Dr. Mastro twice. On both occasions she listened to me tentatively and answered all my questions. She showed a genuine interest in my well being. I will continue to use her as I have not had someone so caring before.

Dr. Mastro does not really engage with patients. She barely communicates and seems bored with her job. I don't know how knowledgeable she is because her communication skills are not good.
