Dr. Fincher takes care of our whole family - children & adults. He is very knowledgeable and informative. He is also thorough in his work. He is also very personable with all of us. We are never made to wait and are always seen upon our appointment time. He reserves the whole office for whomever has the appointment. We moved away from Conway and still make the drive for our dental appointments.

Dr. Fincher saved my wife's life. She had a swelled up face from a toothache. It was the thanksgiving holiday, and no dentist would see us. We went to the emergency room and all they did was give us a prescription and tell us to keep calling dentists. My wife's eye was about to swell shut it was so bad. Dr. Fincher came from out of town and saw us on a Sunday. I could tell even he was scared at the seriousness of her infection. But he got the tooth out and she is doing good now. I think we were going to have to put her in the hospital if he had not been there for us. I think he does this all the time, from what he told us during the visit. I recommend him very highly. He knows his stuff!

Dr. Fincher has cared for my teeth for almost 20 years, and for my family’s teeth (hubby and 3 children) for a decade or longer. He has always been spot on with the care he’s provided, and has cared for us with sensitivity and thoughtfulness. He is not one to waste time or use unnecessary procedures to inflate out of pocket costs, and always speaks plainly about the reality of a diagnosis and the needed solution. My children have had issues with cavities forming underneath their sealants and not showing up on x-rays. Dr. Fincher has been attentive enough to the changes in my children’s teeth and to the comments they make about sensitivity and aches & pains and has caught areas of decay before these teeth were too far gone!

Dr. Fincher is a fantastic dentist. I've been going to him since I was young and have never had a problem. His work is quick and efficient. My whole family sees him and he's always done a great job.

Fincher has gotta be one of the best dentists that I have ever been to. He is very caring and will do anything and everything to make sure your taken care of. I'm not big on going to the dentist very often but I know with him I have nothing to worry about. He's got quite a few of my family members as patients. He took real good care of my father in law, husband and myself. I've seen other reviews on him that weren't that great but in life your always gonna have that negative mouth coming from somewhere. No one is perfect but he does one heck of a good job when it comes to your mouth. He knows what he's doing. You may think u know what's wrong with you but are you the one with the degree? Didn't think so. Anyway, this is one darn good dentist. Thank you for your service today. Total excellence.

There are hundreds of insurance policies, with constantly changing payment levels. We all do our best to be accurate with the estimated co-pay. 99% of the time the insurance pays less than we are told, leaving the patient owing a balance. which is never collected. In the 1% of the time it pays more, the post below is the reaction the patient has. The Internet has not changed human nature, it has only put it on display for all to see. Below is a testament to the hostility in the current marketplace. A man can do his best to please, and still be called a thief by a hostile member of the public. Insurance companies rob your dentist most of the time, and he never tells you about it. He is afraid you will react with the hostility displayed below if he asks you to pay your bill in full. This is the nature of the current marketplace, and the culture we are living through now. Everyone expects people to have the same mechanical accuracy as machines do. I must make this announcement...I am not a machine, I am just a man with many of the talents of a machine. If you can't handle that, then please seek your dental care from a robot somewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Fincher for my dental care.. he has been polite and answered any questions.. as one who works in the dental field , I know about certain procedures and products and techniques. Dr Fincher was respectful towards me and did the work that I needed to have done.. The best part was the fact that HE gave me a treatment plan before any dental work was done.. ( this is a rare find) The treatment plan gave me the information I needed to make a decision on what I needed.. what I could afford and how to schedule around my personal timeline. A big thing for some is the " dreaded shots" Dr Fincher gives injections that are painless.. He also doesn't waste time.. one really doesn't want to sit in a dental chair all day..lol Now I have read some of the reviews.. and Ill say this.. We all have different needs and wants and expectations from our healthcare providers.. We are all human.. Dr's are not super heros.. they are human.. Dr Fincher is a dentist for many years.. Let his dental work speak for itself. I appreciate his staff and his prompt service he truly wants to help people..
