avoid this office. first, even though accept my insurance they are making me pay cash out of pocket to be reimbursed through my company. staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. receptionist made comments about the glasses i was trying on. then when the frames were on back order, even though i called several times for two weeks, no one told me this. they wouldnt let me cancel my order or take the lenses elsewhere. she was not even apologetic. extremely rude office. i could have gone to lense crafters and for the same price got my glasses in an hour.
