Dr. was very knowledgeable, completely focused on getting great results and answered every question I had. I am extremely sensitive to dental pain and was relieved that Dr. Knowles-Fenning is committed to pain management, taking as much time as necessary to ensure the patient is comfortable. This professional office runs punctually. They are extremely helpful in working out insurance issues. They handle the situation, get back to you quickly and are wonderful at explaining payment/billing/insurance issues. I highly recommend Dr. Knowles-Fenning and her practice. Let's face it, no one wants to go to a periodontist, but you will be glad you chose Dr. Knowles-Fenning.

Dr. Knowles-Fenning is an excellent doctor. Her office is clean, cheerful and inviting, and she goes out of her way to make her patients feel comfortable. I have had two surgical procedures and she made them as painless as possible. Her husband does the billing, and he also goes out of his way to contact my insurance company whenever there is a question, and explains everything clearly. They are both caring and make a trip to the doctor as pleasant as possible.

I feel so lucky to have found this Periodontist - I had a frustrating experience with another in the area - the difference is day and night. She is kind, understanding and very careful when it comes to sensitivity, and patient fear. I HIGHLY recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Barbara Knowles-Fenning for the past 10 years. Although I have excellent health insurance, it is quite weak in the dental area. I credit this professional with saving what teeth I had left to save, and treating an advance stage of gum disease. Yes, this specialty can be expense, but I have never been deprived treatment because of payment issues. Dr. has returned my calls on weekends and holidays and has always been available for emergencies. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of treatment. She, and her staff, make an unpleasant surgical situation more than bearable. She has a gift of putting the patient at easeandthe knowledge and skill to get maximum results. I sincerely hope that she continues to serve this area for years to come.

i love the office and she is just so wonderful. when i go there from lodi.. which takes a while on rt. 17...i feel as if i'm visiting a friend! everyone in her office is friendly and great to talk with. they are kind and very understanding to us...who have very serious probems...thanks for the great care and kindness dr. knowles!!
