The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was very convenient for me because his clinic is in the Street Clinic and I go there for some of my other appointments. Dr Phelan was very punctual, explained to me my condition and gave me several different treatment options. I liked his personality and his communication with me. I didn't wait but about 5 minutes to see him and the whole visit beginning to end only took about 20 minutes.
