I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Janssen at FVPS. He was so professional and made me feel very comfortable. He was very honest and told me exactly how he felt I would feel after surgery with my results, and he was spot on, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have this done, and would 1000% go to him in the future for any future cosmetic procedures. I was very scared to have my procedure done and he made me feel like I was worried for nothing and that he was the best surgeon out there. He had a horrible bed side manner, even called me a basket case. I have had problem after problem since the surgery and every time I go in I'm told that everything looks fine and that i'm worked up over nothing. I am in a lot of pain and I feel like I am never listened to and just pushed out the door as quickly as possible. Even though he's a doctor, I felt violated and creeped out by him. I've never had a doctor make me cry because of the things he was saying. The place may look nice but you will be unhappy with the results.

I've had surgery done on my legs 4 times now, twice with VNUS and twice with sclerotherapy. They do a wonderful job and have always been helpful.

I brought my college-age daughter to see Dr. Janssen for a consult to remove a sports-related keloid scar on her calf. The staff was extremely friendly, and Dr. Janssen was highly knowledgeable and skilled in the removal of her disfiguring scar. Two office visits were required, I felt confident that she was receiving the best possible treatment and my daughter is very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Janseen and Fox Valley Plastic Surgery.

I had went in to see Dr.Janssen to have my ruptured implants replaced.It was a very scary time for me since we all were unaware of the damage of the implants and had to have a possible mastectomy.I was very blessed that I did not have to have the procedure done and just to have my implants replaced.Dr.Janssen was very forward and informative before my procedure on what the outcome could be.I felt very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands.Thank You Dr.Janssen for your compassion and concern along with your professionalism,it is greatly appreciated by myself and my family.

Dr. Jansen and his staff were incredible! I had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation. The staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Very professional doctor and staff. Went in for gynecomastia treatment, and the results are awesome. I recommend Dr. Jannsen to anyone who is considering the procedure. The staff had me well prepared before, during, and after the procedure. My recovery time was much less than what I had researched from other doctors.
