She was very rude to her staff. Her office was dirty. The wait in her office was over an hour, then she couldn't be bother to see her patient cause of some side business, ( the walls were thin and I could hear her entire conversation). Never going back.

Very unprofessional staff. She didn't care about my needs. She just cried to me about her husband and she dumped on me a bomb....her parents having cancer. (I felt awful for what she was going through) I am very good listener. But for heaven sake I was the patient, not her counselor. I understand but when it affects the patients care, it's a problem. She is a total train wreck and I switched OBGYN DR. because of her unprofessionalism. Lets just say I knew more about her than she did I. End of story.

My new patient appointment: The waiting room was a mess; though I arrived early and with appropriate papers filled out, I waited over 45 minutes past my scheduled time. No staff person said anything until I approached the window; the receptionist said my chart was next and I would be in a room soon. Over one hour past my scheduled time, with the girl at the desk still saying, "Your chart is up next," I said I could not wait and that I did not want to reschedule. In addition to all the OB appts, another woman was scheduled to see the dr. for GYN at the same time as my appt. I work in a med office; I understand scheduling. Don't leave the patients waiting; at least have the courtesy to inform them and find out if it's an inconvenience. Someone seems to forget that we (the patients) are HIRING the doctor to work for us. We are the customers. Signs in the office say that if the patient is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled. Physician, heal thyself.

Dr. Davis delivered my 1st child in 2010 and I couldn't have been happier w/ the care I received from her & her staff. Compassionate and genuinely cared for my situation. Recently found out I was expecting #2. Dr. Davis has taken on a more surgical role and doesn't see patients as often - deferring to her P.A. Wish I would have been told this by the scheduler, but didn't find out until I arrived for my 1st appt. The have been some staffing changes that have affected the dynamic. The staff seems condescending and short. I was treated as if I wasn't aware of what was going on with my own body. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. My comfort level with the P.A. was not where I would have liked it, so will be having my records transferred to a new provider. Dr. Davis herself is an A+. Her staff without her around to supervise and lead...a solid C. If I could call for an appt. and KNOW I would be seeing her, I wouldn't be changing providers.
