Horrible staff, dont answer calls, do not follow up with pharmacy, very bad in submitting prescription to the pharmacy. Doctor was very rude in not listening to my complain with her.

Dr. CAPEZZUTI is my GP. She and her staff are great. She is insightfull and use and practices common sense medicine.

I was very taken back when my mother called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Capezzuti and was treated terribly by her staff. English is my mothers second language therefore she has a thick accent. A rep by the name of Chaka who answered the phone was extremely rude telling her she needed to get someone who spoke English to make the appointment. When my mom tried to explain herself, she was told that they couldn't help her and was hung up on. I'm floored that someone working in the healthcare field can be so unsympathetic. Avoid this office at all cost.

I was seriously surprised to see Dr. C .rated 18th, or so, of 173 primary care docs in my area!? I would have thought she would be in the top 10 at least! My wife and I have been under her care for 7-8 years now and she is amazing! Clinically she is awesome, she is incredibly warm and compassionate and takes the time to find out what is going on with your health. And her practice is very well run...super efficient and very friendly. As someone with over 25 years experience in the medical field, including 20 in military medicine, she is one of the best primary care physicians I've ever seen!

Dr. Capezzuti is absolutely phenomenal! (and always has the best shoes!)I have been a patient for over three years now, and she has been such a blessing. She always taken the time to listen to what my needs are, and has always been extremely professional. I can only pray that I find a doctor of her caliber in my new home town. Her staff has always been super polite, and always has been able to fit me in the schedule. I am sad to leave such a great doctor and staff-I highly recommend her to anyone in the South Florida area!

Big mistake we ever made is having her be our doctor. Her shoes are more important to her than her patients. She dresses and acts like a ,,,,,,, She is rude and nasty, along with her staff. You feel like a criminal just being in her office, like she's hurler and her staff are the guards. How she has survived in business this long, we will never know.

Would never recommend. The front office staff member, Chakka Cooper was horrible, behaved extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Chakka Cooper was more interested in talking to her boyfriend on her cell phone than greeting patients. Do not be fooled by a "women" doctor, this doctor and her staff are all about the bottom line...Dr. Capezzuti seemed bothered by my visit. On recommendation I came to her for professional advice, she seemed rushed, in a hurry, and complained about all her responsibilities. ...Find another doctor, this one and her staff have obviously forgotten their Hippocratic Oath and do not respect their patients. In my opinion Dr. Capezzuti and her staff are not worth your time!

When a dr changes networks they should notify their patients
Now that I'm sick and need to see her in considered a new patient and can't get in for almost 3 weeks! That's ridiculous! I was told I have to re-establish myself as her patient. WTF! She will lose lots of patients this way. Totally disappointing
