Dr Frim is the best surgeon. He diagnosed and decompressed my Chiari in 2002. Within 60 days the syringomyelia had drained on it’s own. Dr Frim to this day finds time for my continued long term care. I would NEVER trust or consider another physician. Dr Frim explains everything in layman terms, actually listens and cares about me and what is best for my long and short term health. I will not lie, his appts are never on time but I guarantee if you want the best possible treatment he is well worth the wait. He will stay as late as necessary to see everyone he has scheduled for that day. He was scheduled to travel overseas for a month. I was having difficulties, he squeezed me in before leaving so He could fix my issues and then leave for vacation. How many doctors would go to such lengths for their patients?

Saved my child's life - physically and mentally. When no one else could figure out what was going on, he did.

He was my doctor from 2001 to 2013. He took care of me and he encouraged me and he inspired me. I am here today because he took care of me back then . I would never let anybody other than dr. Frim look at my brains.

As you will note, many people state that you will wait sometimes several hours to see Dr. Frim but...hands down it is WORTH it!! I am an RN with two children that have been misdiagnosed in Memphis, TN by a very well known pediatric neurosurgeon. Dr. Frim is the only doctor I trust caring for my children. They both have Chairi Malformation that has presented with different symptoms. He listens, he really listens and takes time to understand and talk with the parents and children. Being in the medical field for over 26 yrs myself, I HIGHLY recommend him!!

This dr is the BEST hands down. However whoever rates him as a 5 on punctuality is not telling the truth. You wait hours to see him, but the caveat is I would wait days for what he had done for my wife. You will find not find a better Dr than this man!!! That's why it's worth the wait.
