Dr. Greer referred to his staff continuously as “my girls”. “My girls will take care of your X-ray”. “My girls will run your insurance.” Unfortunately “the girls” did not actually verify with my insurance and then tried to charge me a “discounted” price of $300 for a 30 min visit with X-rays that I did not need.

This doctor yelled at me and banged his hand on the patient bed right between my feet out of anger. he got mad when I told him I discontinued my medication because I thought it was OK when I already felt better. He just needed to explain again how important it was to take the medication continuously. . But he didn’t need to yell and be so angry . It scared me and upset me so bad. Do not go to this doctor.

The staff is not helpful. They're rude and tend to worry more about what they're doing that weekend then helping the patients. Don't ever leave a message on their voicemail because they will never call back or follow back up with you.

Dr. Greer is a bit arrogant. There are probably better podiatrists in the area. I paid $500 for custom fitted orthotics', which were not paid for by my insurance at his recommendation. The first pair he gave me when I came in the first time that weren't custom (and only $50) are working much better then the $500 pair. I should have listened to all my friends. Costly mistake.

Dr. Geer is great......if you can ever get in to see him. His staff is so very rude and unprofessional. I had gone in to get some custom orthotics, and was told to wait for a call to schedule my follow up appointment after they contact the insurance company. After two months later, I called in to find out if there was any word yet, and was told yes, that the authorization had come in a week after the first appointment, but that it was MY JOB TO CALL IN......because they have over 100 patients. After trying to leave 3 voice messages for the doctor (because there is no direct email to him, apparently it takes too long to read and respond to emails....according to that staff)....I will help them out and go to another doctor and office that isn't too busy to give me a curtsey call back.

Worst doctor and staff ?? I took my grandmother to see him. Waited over 45 min to get on. The doctor is so arrogant. After waiting 9 days they could not dind the lab work. Called them 3 times they keep saying they would calls back but they never did. I had to call the lab myself to have th resend them to their office . And agin I had to call them to get the results. They said the results were within the limits but he need to look at her feet again FOR WHAT? $$$$ to pay for your next vacation !!! Appt to see another doctor already. If I had read all the bad reviews first. I never would have made the appt. With Dr Greer
