Carl Misch is a doctor that thinks he doesn't need to answer patient questions during the process of implants. He got angry with me when asked a simple question. He continued with a disrespectful attitude when I was in his office, so bad that I quit going to him in the middle of bone grafting/implant procedure. He was very angry when I reach out and contacted the Michigan dental association to advise them of y horrible experience. I finished my implant process with a different dentist. And glad I did.

I am a retired dentist of some 40 years experience. The most impressive man in dentistry I ever met and was educated by was Dr Misch. The second top man was his brother. Horrid that a man's reputation can be torpedoed by such a comment. An surgical intervention can have bad outcomes. Any professional's reputation is often invested in his front desk staff who can range from amazing to pathetic. Hence the toll on dentist health and well being. Dr Julian Perth Western Australia

Dr. Misch does not care for his patients needs. I had surgery for a sinus lift, bone graft and 9 implants into the Maxilla. He did not even come to the hospital to see me. I developed a hemotoma and a drainage that has lasted 2 years and 2 months. He has told me he does not take care of drainages and does not think it is his problem. I have been to UNC and John Hopkins. They both say at least 3 of the implants have been put into the sinus cavity. I am scheduled to have surgery in February to remove some of these implants and could end up loosing all of them. He will not even return calls to us. We requested information from his office on the content of the implants materials and it took 3 months to get the actual materials in the screws, bar and implants in my mouth. And, to get it we had to call the manufacturer his office was giving us incomplete information. Also the doctor that harvested the bone for the graft did very poor work and I cannot walk without assistance.
