Awesome doctor. A little chatty but I'd rather see a person, than a doctor who acts like a robot! Definitely appreciated that she took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Will return again!

This woman was rude and looked down on me and my mom when we went to her. I could not believe the way that she talked over me and my mother, who has over 35 years of experience in health care. Not only was she rude but when I walked in she was eating and didn't bother to wash her hands before touching my face and checking my pupils for dialsion. She will not have my service again, that was awful even for a Walmart doctor.

I have been coming to get my eyes checked by her for a few years now, and I must say I continually have a pleasant experience with her. She has always been diligent and helpful when it comes to my prescriptions for glasses and contacts. I'm an overly picky patient when it comes to getting my power right in my glasses and the brand for my contacts, and she has never once been rude or annoyed by my requests. I have had other optometrists in the past who just wanted to rush me in and out and never paid attention to my problems, but Dr. Kennington has always taken the extra time to make sure I'm happy with my vision and to make sure I know the most I can know about what's going on with my eyes. This is a great optometrist that I would recommend to anyone in the Round Rock, Texas area!

This woman has the worst customer service I've ever seen. She continually talks over you, and she seems to look down at everyone she comes into contact with. Even her receptionist looked like she couldn't stand her. After listening to her chew out her coworkers in front of me and I don't know how many other customers, I know I'll never give her my business again. This woman is rude, unprofessional, and worst of all, she didn't even get my prescription right. Maybe if she would have listened to me instead of talking over me the whole time, she could have given me a pair of glasses I could actually see through, but now I've got a pair I can read with but I can't see anything but a blur at more than 10 feet away. Horrible. Just horrible.
