I was told by the Dr that I need surgery on my wrist. After have nerve testing done, the Dr giving the test said my condition was severe & any additional loss of functionality would not return. The Dr met with me & after I stating the pain continued to a point that I was unable to sleep many nights, he said I need surgery. He stated it would take 1 month for insurance approval. 2 months later after calling the office 3 time to see if the insurance approved the surgery I finally recieved a call back. The nurse that wouldn't call me back until I demanded return a call back was very unpleasant. Every interaction was unpleasant. In previous years Dr had given a shot of cortisone to relieve the pain, it wasn't even offered here. Since I moved, I was unable to return to the previous Dr for the shot to last until the surgery. Getting return calls were terrible at best. If you need communication with your Drs office, DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Kunkle will not help you if you are overweight! Do not go there it will be a waste of time if you need knee surgery!

Poor surgical results. Following accident did not follow best practices for patients overall health, osteoporosis Office is very unresponsive. Never returns day calls. Evening calls are emergency only.
