This place is amazing- BUT they have horrible office policies.

My son is special needs and is very attached to certain places- we had issues with Missouri bc appointments (obviously not the offices fault) however after basically begging them to reconsider, they have effectively “banned” my kids from being seen there due to their other parent missing appointments.

When I asked if there was a time frame that we could come back or try again and I was told flat out no.

This supposedly came from Dr. Brad himself.

Absolutely horrible office policy- and they should update it to reflect that not all of us have reliable people in our children’s lives unfortunately.

So yay for me taking a stand against domestic abuse but “sorry not sorry” you can’t bring your kids back here and “best of luck “ finding someone else my autistic son will let work on his teeth.

So as long as you don’t have to worry about missing appointments due to issues beyond your control, you should be fine. 🙄🙄🙄👎👎

After having the same dentist for38 yrs...we found a new homw with the same diligence as our retired dentist...quality work...its refreshing❤❤❤

Amazing. His staff is courteous and professional. My daughter is terrified of dentists but she loves Dr. Ecker. He is professional. knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and very caring. He is wonderful with children and I am so glad we found him!
