Not loving his job any more. Staff at the front was impatient. Very shaky with his hands for such delicate work. He is experienced and knowledgeable, I just think he’s not in to being a quality orthodontist anymore. Been going on for years.

Thought the office looked spiffy, but Dr. Starnes is absolutely terrible. His hands are really shaky, he doesn't seem to care very much about his patients, and he said that my teeth were straight even though I said they definitely weren't. When I asked him questions, he would always give me bad answers or answers that didn't even answer my question. A few times, I asked a few other professionals similar questions and I believe that a lot of the time Starnes avoided the questions because answering them would make him look bad.
