Dr. Benton is great..I can't say enough about his expertise and medical knowledge. I am lucky to be one of his patients.

Goes out of his way to help. Works through lunch and well after 6 to work in all his patients. He will even do some home visits. Very caring!

No Bedside manners. Always late, and always rushing you so can get to the other patient. I would not reccomend Dr Benton, at all

Dr. Benton has been my Dr. for 25 years, and has helped me at some very serious times in my life. He does not prescribe medicine to just give you something for the aliment. He listens to what you tell him and goes from there. My husband and I both trust his judgement.

Doctor Benton has been most helpful to me. I agree that the time spent in the waiting room is a bit long, but I also know that he works right through his lunch to make up for lost time. I couldn't recommend anyone else for knowledge and personality. I feel like I'm visiting a friend when I go for my checkups. I wish we had more like him. Great guy, and great Doctor too!

Extremely nice, not arrogant, which seems to be uncharacteristic of doctors. :) Seems very smart, and understanding.

Complaints: Waiting time is atrocious and it's hard to get an appointment in. Also, he has a tendency to misdiagnose things as GRAVELY serious, send you off to a specialist thinking that you'll be in the casket soon only for it to be something mild. Positives: He's incredibly friendly and actually acts as if he cares so you feel very welcome. Plus, he's quite willing to try different treatments and medicines as long as they don't stray too far from general medicine or his specialty.
