as far as the psychiatrists I've been to, prather, truly is the best I've experienced. he treats me as a person, not a disease. he listens. he explains. and i personally feel safe and comfortable with him. he takes his time, and is easy to talk with. i feel i can consult with him on any part of my illness. he doesn't use jargon that i don't understand. if there is a term or concept i don't understand, he explains it. either this or he can direct me to the knowledge, through various and practical ways. he is courteous, and patient. i very strongly recommend this doctor, to anyone needing psychiatric care of high quality.
