Dr. Beck is a very skilled, honest, straight forward (in terms of prognosis & payments). She was also a very gentle dentist who is cognizant of patient's desires and emotional state. I once asked her not to use an injection while giving me a cavity filling (I hate needles so much I would rather tolerate the intense pain from the drill). She obliged my request, took the job slow and constantly asked how my pain levels were during the entire process in case I changed my mind. My last dentist scoffed at my request and told me the needle was necessary to do the job.
