Medical staff and Dr Hovan are wonderful. Unfortunately he had an extremely unprofessional, ignorant office manager who needs training on customer service and insurance bulling issues. Wonderful dentist... horrible arrogant office manager.

I went to Dr. Hovan's office due to a severe toothache! I hadn't slept for a couple of nights due to the pain! When I asked the rude receptionist if I could be seen to try and get some relief she said NO and closed the glass partition! I finally found a GOOD dentist who discovered the tooth was abscessed and prescribed antibiotics to treat the infection! What kind of an office is this who would turn someone away in such pain? For those of you who have had an abscessed tooth you know exactly just how painful it can be! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!

Quality staff, quality care, for a very reasonable price. Very accommodating for emergency procedures. I have been going here for years and highly recommend you do as well.
