He honestly does not appear to even want to be there. He is not friendly at all. If he ask you a question from his sheet and you go in depth with an answer he will cut you off. He does not really care about his patients. Takes 5-10 minutes if that.

Completely disregards patient's concerns and won't even make eye contact. Won't give you time to explain how you're feeling. Spends 5-10 minutes and that's supposed to be an accurate assessment for him to prescribe medication. Unprofessional, uncaring, shows no concern for the individual and reads questions from a sheet of paper. Definitely does not practice medicine appropriately. I will be reporting this doctor to the state health department/board of licenses.

The office staff is rude. They charge $15 for calling in a prescription if you run out before your next appointment. They looked in my chart unneccissarily when I called to leave a message for Dr. levy which felt like a violation of my privacy. Dr levy is always on time but asks the same standard questions at every appt and doesn't seem to want to listen to anything else you may have to say. He spends 5-10 minutes with you. If you have a problem and need to get in touch with him it takes several days for him to get back to you. When he does call you back he usually can not remember anything about you and doesn't have your ole to look at. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Levy is associated with Delaware County Professional Services. First, the staff is extremely rude, demeaning, & unprofessional during phone calls. I'm appalled to say, when I once lost my necessary medication, these so called professionals have gone as far as to make accusations of myself abusing my prescription medications. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL! When I addressed this issue with Dr. Levy he was dismissive and since then, I still receive the same unprofessionalism. This office also makes it "policy" to charge $15 to call in a prescription to be filled. My understanding is the doctor sets this "policy". During my visits, Dr. Levy is brief, demeaning, & unemphatic. The appointments literally last 5 minutes asking the same questions from a sheet of paper instead of simply holding on a conversation. I would consider his treatment as myself being a number($) on his day planner, NOT a patient. I would never refer anyone to this specific unprofessional organization.
