Dr Salfen & his staff were so horrible I switched doctors. I was accidentally put into his voicemail (by his staff) by mistake. I left a message asking if my labs had come back. He personally called me back screaming at me saying “how dare I leave him a message” and that I was a “idiot, because my culture needed to grow” I apologized and I told him, how much pain I was in.
After I hung up the phone I immediately called the lab and they gave me my results right away.
That evening I ended up in the ER and they admitted me into the hospital for the next four days.
