Overall, the worst eye doctor that I've ever been to. I've worked all over the World to include third-world countries, and even those countries were better staffed, informed, and courteous. Dr. Molina is nothing more than a joke! I can assure you that he is definitely an Affirmative Action recipient; and this comment is coming from a Hispanic American. He was extremely rude and was more interested in my personal life oversees than treating me. I was not impressed in the least bit with his prognosis, so I traveled to an optometrist in Las Crudes for a second opinion. That optometrist's eye prescription didn't even come close to Dr. Molina's. His opinion of Dr. Molina mirrored mine; Quack! I urge prospective patients to stay away from both--the Deming and Alamogordo practices. Trust me, you'll thank me later...

AWEFUL is not enough to describe his service. Staff was extremely rude, it took the literally 8 mins. for them to even acknowledge my arrival even though I was right at the sign in window, the staff was busy walking around and doing paperwork. As for Mr. Molina he was rude as well i found myself talking over him because he would cut me off. I was told different prices from the staff and the doctor. They ended charging me $70.00 more than what they had told me they would and when my insurance provider called to get detailed explanations for the charges, well they werent even able to explain themselves. Thank God they finally agreed to a refund. Lastly they gave me a phony lie that i had to buy contacts from them before i could get a prescription that it was a state law, i called the board of optometry only to find out it was a LIE. They were Dishonest and rude!!! I rather drive 50miles to get better and an honest service.

Never go to Dr Molina! His wife is ruuude at the front desk. Makes you feel unwelcome. Sucks for being only optometrist in town. After I got my RX filled I couldn't see out of my right eye still and Dr Molina said rudely that it was best he could do. So, 7 months later I went to Albuquerque for exam at EyeWorld and the doctor said I was seeing 20/60 out of that eye! Serious? Obviously Dr Molina needs to catch up on his CEU's or get new equipment. Couldn't believe it. I will never go orrecommend anyone to go to Dr Molina

heard awaful stories before hand and was expecting rude service but come to find out everyone was nice to my 9 year old son and I . This Dr was able to pick up on other eye problems that my sons previous Dr had missed His glasses were in within a couple of days and we were all happy with overall service

charged me almost $300 on top of what was billed to my insurance. Dr. Molina is not so pleasant himself..and his staff is unbearable. Took over a month to get prescription. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHYSICIAN!!

CHARGED UP FRONT FOR 6 MONTH SUPPLY OF CONTACTS, THEN MADE ME WAIT TWO ENTIRE MONTHS BEFORE THEY WERE "AVAILABLE". FRONT STAFF RUDE. DOCTOR ASSUMED THAT BECAUSE I WAS PAYING CASH THAT I COULDN'T AFFORD NICE GLASSES AND KEPT TELLING ME I COULDN'T LOOK ON THE WALL WITH THE PRICIER ONES. HELLO, I'M NOT ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE, I PAID CASH BECAUSE MY INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER HIS EXAM. WAITED TWO MONTHS AND WOULDN'T REFUND NOR GIVE PRESCRIPTION TO GET CONTACTS EASILY ELSEWHERE. STAFF NEVER CALLED WHEN CONTACTS DID ARRIVE. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS OFFICE.
