Dr. Garber refused to return to me a dvd with x-rays of my spine. He claims it is his but it belongs to me since I had it done and paid for it at the Pittsfield hospital and brought it to him to download into his computer. He told me to go to the hospital (a 35 minute drive from my house) and get another dvd. After looking at the x-rays and running some other "tests" at a one hour session for which I paid $250, he told me I was in bad shape but he could help and I would need at least 36 visits, at a cost of around $2, 400. He said I had to pay in advance for all the visits, even before he had treated me once. He offered an installment payment plan (for work not yet done!!!) at a higher cost.

I told him I was not going to continue seeing him or getting any treatment. He still refused to mail the dvd to me.
