I went to see the good doctor and he first gave me and my partner blood test we did it right
The way then we did expensive tubárian test at the test he told me we needed another one that depended on my period meaning another month.no appointment was set up so I called to set one up. I also called the nurse in charge and she called me back saying to cancel my appointment and just come on the first day of my period. When I came back they had no records, recollection or allowed me to go for a sec speak to the doctor whom the nurse approved the test. Now I have to wait one month for another appointment and another month for the test. I'm 42 I have being going to this clinic word my donors chosen , legal papers signed for 7 months no and nothing has being done . I'm very upset that nobody owed up to their mistakes. I was miss treat w by the nurse in charge and the nurse Joanne Williams who I talked to was in vacation.desappointed and feeling stuck because that's the only clinic on my area. Shame I don't trust the practice any longer

When I first began infertility treated, I started with Yale Fertility Center and Dr. Seli. I found them impersonal. They also stressed doing an IVF which is not covered under our insurance and we cannot afford. They didn't seem to want to bother with an IUI which is covered. Since then, I have begun treatment with a different doctor.

Superb. Excellent Repro-Endrin doctor. Answers all questions and and is not rushed. Excellent bedside manner. Calm. Procedures went smoothly and well. Conservative with expectations and our money. Eg only freezes embryos if they are stellar. We live in NYC and visited New Haven for appts, all worked out well. Practice is well run but financial people could be better organized and prepared. Minimal waiting, usually under 15 min. Waiting room has coffee, wifi and computer for waiting patients' use. The nurses and other medical staff are all helpful, patient and kind. Nurses respond promptly to questions via email and phone. Very highly recommended.
