Totally incompetent and refused to listen the patient's reaction towards the medication. She only does what she wants even though the patient told her it is working horribly. She only wants to tell the patient she is right and keep taking the medication makes you sick. While I am looking for a new doctor , I need to keep taking the medication makes me feel in rage and violent

I have been seeing her for the last 7 years.
She has been very caring and competent and goes out of her way to help. When I lost my job she continued treatment with out charging me.
She became very ill and told me that she was ill and would be taking time off and would inform me when she’s better and gave enough refills.
I will be returning to her when she’s back.

I saw Dr Khan for a few months, then she went MIA. I don’t know if she’s dealing w/ something, but I noticed she canceled appointments, didn’t communicate regularly w/ me. I was worried I’d get hooked on a medication and then not have her for support, so before my dosage was high, I managed to taper off my meds on my own. I’m dissapointed and surprised someone who is controlling ones mental health medication could just not respond or show up to appointments?

Dr. Khan is an attentive Doctor who cares about her patients and genuinely wants to help. I feel very well taken care of and confident in her on-going treatment. She is kind and gentle and very informative.

Dr. Khan is an expert on PTSD, just for starters. And if a person has a condition that is difficult to medicate, Dr. Khan's expertise on pharmacology is invaluable. She's professional yet personable, and completely respects a patient's privacy. Dr. Khan has been very important to me on my road to recovery.
