I was passed off from another doctor in the practice to see him. After waiting what seemed forever, I was then told I needed a "scope". I was told little about the procedure and was then passed to a nurse or some other assistant to get my "consent". The nurse knew nothing about the procedure and I ended up leaving only to search for another doctor.
