I was a first time paitent at this office with Dr. Guglielmo. My PCP office sent over everything that was required, the person at Dr. Guglielmo's office does NOT know what they are doing! They had me come in hours earlier than my original appointment. They also had me get on the phone with my PCP office 3 times why there to retrieve what they already was sent! After waiting am hr they finally were able to get my docs referral after some MUCH NEEDED GUIDANCE! I went to a room and I sat there for 1.5 hrs!! I left and never seen this doctor. I don't recommend anyone to this place!!!

Allison should be fired immediately. She doesn’t keep promises to call back. She had me wait through a full day of pain saying she would call back after 1. Finally returned numerous messages saying Dr. came and left and will be on vacation for next week. Hate this unsympathetic doctor’s liaison.

Incredibly arrogant and talks down to patients. Assumes everyone is looking for drugs. Made me feel stupid for coming to her with pain, "it's just arthritis!" Not a nice person and not a good doc.

Worst doctor ever. She doesn't explain anything, is rude and leaves you without any next steps. She doesn't share test results, won't go over medical history or concerns. The number of reviews against her prove my experience was not an isolated incident. Consider revoking her lisence or sending her back for training.

not happy whatsoever with the Dr. I felt as though I was a bother to her and that something was wrong during my visit for the first time

Dr. G and her staff were excellent, so glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. Was seen on time, treated courteously by all staff. Dr. G was very caring and knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and explained in detail so I could understand my options. We decided together on the best course of treatment for my herniated disks. Highly recommend her and her staff.

Highly recommend. My surgery was a success. She set up everything and worked with Dr. Brennan.

I have been a patient at WBO for 4 years. Dr,Guglielmo is my doctor. We have had our ups and downs over the years. She's condescending, patronizing, aloof, and doesn't like to be questioned. They ( Guglielmo and Dr. Brennan) did a back surgery on me in May 2012. And another in April 2013. I've been going to pain management for 4 years. Both surgeries were unsuccessful. I've had 3 discs removed, bone fusions, and have 2 titanium rods and 6 screws in my back. And declared Totally Disabled. My biggest issue is trying to get ahold of her when a problem arises. Her secretary Cindy is very nice when I'm in the office, BUT when I need to speak to Dr Guglielmo . I can never reach her. Over the past 4 years I have called at least 10 times. Cindy is NEVER at her desk or just refuses to answer the phone. So I get voicemail everytime. I leave a message and not once have she or Dr. Gugliemo ever gotten back to me. Sometimes the issue is very important and all I get is Crickets. That is not a good Doctor/ Patient relationship. I wish I had gone to the Laser Spine Institute for a second opinion. Before I let them open me up. If they made more of an effort to communicate with their patients or get back to them. At least you would feel you're relevant. Go to another orthopedic surgeon. Research the doctors reviews.

Dr. Guglielmo was condescending and nasty. I would never recommend her to anyone. Do not even consider her for treatment.
