My elderly mother waited TWICE at this office, and was not seen. The first time the CNP sent her away because she was “unable to handle” her case, and the second time we we left waiting over an hour while several other patients were seen before us. Very disappointing.

This doctor was the bomb.com. I have never went to a doctor's office and they pulled up the MyChart information and encouraged you to sign up and know about your health. He encouraged me to stay healthy I never be afraid to come in and check about my health. Kudos to him for really caring about his patients

Awesome and fun doctor. My OB when I had my daughter. He was affiliated with UH then and even the doctors there raved about him. I was lucky to have a doctor that was knowledgable and had a great bed side manner.

I would not wish Dr. Shuffer on my worst enemy. The failings of this so-called medical professional -- a specialist, no less -- have completely and needlessly changed my life. Do not go anywhere near him if you are need any type of procedure done whatsoever. I could fill a book (literally) about the disturbing details of my case, but suffice it to say, this doctor should not be licensed. Not only did a D&C he performed give me severe scarring in my uterus, resulting in thousands of dollars in corrective surgery and treatment, the emotional turmoil has been intense. The way he dealt with my case was disturbing. He failed to see obvious symptoms of Asherman's Syndrome, and denied I had it. He said not having a period after a D&C for a couple of months is "normal." Even more disturbing, he actively discouraged me from trying to find out what was going on with my body. I proved that I ovulated through blood tests -- which meant I absolutely should have had a period. In short, stay FAR AWAY
