As a walk-in with no appointment, the staff greeted me and immediately scheduled an appointment with the possibility of working me in if the schedule allowed. It did, and my entire exam and eye wear purchase took an hour to complete. All of my questions were answered fully. I was extremely happy with the quiet professionalism and pleasant personalities of everyone who worked there. I would recommend scheduling an early appointment as the place was very busy later on in the day.
