Wrong diagnosis of skin rash. Prescribed two meds that did not do anything. Got secondary opinion from specialist and received correct diagnosis and skin biopsy to confirm the first time.

Confusing billing. Received a bill for labwork which I had paid already, directly to the lab. When I called the office, staff sounded unsure but told me not to send payment. Something happened to my husband. Should review the bill carefully before sending payment!
