I started having back pain last summer. I did not know much about chiropractic services. I found a Chiropractor and received very little relief. Dr. Holden was recommended to me by a friend. It took me a bit before I made the appointment. He has patiently worked with me. The difference is amazing. I could hardly walk. I thought back surgery was my next option.... but Dr. Holden has worked with me and given me exercises and tips and the improvement is unbelievable.. I have and will continue to highly recommend him!
