It is hard for me to rate Dr Christian, mostly because I can't tell if it's his staff or him who don't respond or help over the phone. I had a rare infection in my mouth and Dr Christian diagnosed it and told me, "if it doesn't clear with meds call me and we will do some blood work." A few days after my meds finished the infection came back. I called. No return to my multiple messages for three days. (This infection makes it difficult to eat, talk, and is all around miserable.) Finally I get a call (at 900 at night) from a staff member saying, "he called in more meds for you." I do a second round. Infection comes back. I call and call. They say, "you have to come in again if you want us to order blood work." I have 3 small kids at home and I remind the staff that I've been seen and Dr. Christian told me he could order blood work based on our first visit." I ask them to talk with him. The staff member (who I will not name) replies, "yeah I guess I can ask him." You guess? I tell her that it seems silly to haul 3 kids, pay a copay, and wait for 30 min in a waiting room AGAIN just so they can order blood work. She replies. "Fine. " it's been 2 days and I've heard nothing. My mouth is cracked and bleeding. I'm going somewhere else because it's just absurd the amount of waiting and the indifferent attitude of staff. Dr christen himself seems fine, but I don't know how much he is also blowing me off or if it is staff. Truly not worth it staff wise and it has now been a month of severe mouth pain and endless rounds of meds.
