She was my dentist for years but quite gossipy about her patients telling me she wouldn't take this one or that one. She once told me she threatened to get rid of patient because he ground his teeth really bad. But it usually revolved around money. My family and her office have parted ways and good riddance. I feel like she has a superiority complex. I wonder how long she will last treating patient disrespectfully because she doesn't feel you deserve her as a dentist.

Dr. Theroux and her staff helped me with my insurance questions and were very warm and caring. I have a bit of anxiety about going to the dentist and after visiting Dr. Theroux's office, I will never go anywhere else.

HORRIBLE!! Save your time and money! unprofessional receptionist! 45 min into appt and still not seen! They conned me into a deep cleaning with out saying insurance will never cover cleanings again. Sent bills later after I was assured I paid up full at time of service. Had to go back 3 times to fix problems. They caused my molar to hurt when I never had problems before! Pick someone else!

It took me 4 months to get into her office and when I did, I had to wait 45 minutes just to be told that Dr. Theroux didn't have time to see me that day. I had cosmetic work done by her, the cosmetic work is discolored and uneven. When I came in for my follow-up appointment to have the flaws fixed, she looked at my teeth then said she didn't have time to fix them and that I would have to make yet another appointment. It's unfortunate that she was rated best of the best Dentists by 5280, she really does not deserve this kind of recognition with her shabby work and horribly hurried manner.
