She has always been on top of things and takes her time with patients

Dr. Shearer, for being in a fairly large practice takes the time to listen. She has gone out of her way for our family many times when we had less than fortunate situations. The medical office staff always gets back to you regarding refills and questions. Authorizations have never been a problem and also the staff gets them done in record time. The office could use some updating a little but the care is great, and if they can't help you they make sure to get you to a physician that can. Also, have specialists come to the office on certain which helps keep traveling down to a minimum.
