Had surgery on broken ankle with plate and screws. Failed to call in Tramadol and Flexiril after my surgery. I called at 4:30 and received a call that he was in route home and he would send it once he got home. I guess he didn’t get home until 8:25 this morning. You figure out his rating. I have recommended dozens of family and friends over the years because he helped my torn rotator over a decade ago. Sadly disappointed in him. I have tried to receive an explanation but all I get are voicemails at his office except for the nice lady that makes appointments in a different location. Recovery: my bp has never been 188 because of pain and I have never said over and over, “Please, help me”. Just in shocked that doctors are so worried about giving help to patients anymore. The opioid crisis is a crisis for those who need help. I just needed something greater than extra Tylenol, Doc. You will only see his PA and not him anymore in office as well.

The front counter staff are rude and incompetent. Long waits for 5 minutes with the doctor.

I just had a left hip replaced. I have never had such a easy surgery. I give all credit to Dr Roux. He is an excellent surgeon, very caring. Sometimes you wait a bit in the office. But he tells you what you need to know, and let's you talk to him. He will be doing my knees next. I do trust him as my surgeon.. and believe me I have had some bad ones...

Dr. Roux is a great doctor and surgeon. I think he really cares about his patients. I always have a hard time talking to him and feel a little intimidated. I think its just me and not him! When you have to wait a long time it is because someone has a problem and is probably in pain. They can't anticipate how long every visit will take for each patient. If someone needs a new cast because the ER didn't do it correctly it will cause other patients to wait longer. Not his fault. They have always apologized to me if something like that happens. I do feel rushed in my follow up appointments. I've had two knee surgeries and he did an excellent job. Weight the good and bad. I'd rather wait for a good doc than see a bad one right away.

My mother had both her knees replaced over a 1 year period. Between medicare and Tricare she payed 0.00. The care from Dr. Roux is the best you will ever find, he really cares.

I waited almost 2 hours, sometimes standing up, for a 5 minute visit. NO apologies nor explanations were givin for the long wait and short visit. I will never see this doctor again.
